This recipe was a spontaneous creation of mine made with very spicy-nicey ginger liqueur that my sister found in Portland. The fancy French kind is called Domaine De Canton. But you should know that infused liqueurs are incredibly easy and economical to make at home. A companion recipe for ginger liqueur will hopefully be forthcoming, if it works as well as I just promised it would.
